Upright Meaning
The truth will emerge, and outcomes will be fair. Justice asks you to act with integrity and to trust that the universe keeps account. If you have acted rightly, you will be rewarded. If harm has been done, accountability is coming.
Reversed Meaning
Injustice, dishonesty, or avoiding accountability. Someone may be escaping consequences they deserve — or you may be judging yourself or others too harshly.
Symbolism & Story
Justice sits on a throne between two pillars, holding a sword in her right hand (truth and logic) and a set of scales in her left (balance and fairness). A crown of gold sits on her head. Unlike blindfolded depictions, this Justice sees clearly. She is not impartial in the sense of being unfeeling — she understands fully, and weighs accordingly.

Fairness, honesty, and balance define the relationship. Justice can indicate a partnership of equals, or a relationship decision being made fairly. Legal matters like marriage or divorce may be involved. Truth and accountability bring resolution.
Reversed
Reversed, unfairness, dishonesty, or imbalance in the relationship. Someone is avoiding accountability, or you feel treated unjustly. Address the imbalance honestly rather than letting resentment build.
