At Astro Pro Readings, we take great care in delivering personalized, accurate readings. We stand behind the quality of our Delivered Content and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.
Our readings and reports are delivered as digital content that is generated and made available to you immediately upon payment. Because the Delivered Content is personalized to you and delivered instantly, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a reading has been generated and delivered.
This is consistent with standard digital goods and entertainment service practices.
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
• You were charged in error (duplicate charge, technical error, or billing mistake).
• Your reading was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end.
• You contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed or downloaded your reading.
If you believe any of the above applies to your situation, please contact us at support@astroproreading.com within 7 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, email us at support@astroproreading.com with:
• Your full name and email address used at checkout
• Your order or transaction ID (found in your receipt email)
• A brief description of the reason for your request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you will retain access to any content already delivered during the paid period. Partial-period refunds for subscription plans are not available except in cases of billing error.
Please note that all readings, reports, and content provided by Astro Pro Readings are for personal entertainment purposes only, as outlined in our Terms of Service. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
